An oft used phrase is "Where there is no vision the people perish." Yet vision is often nebulous and hard to see or communicate. This workshop will help leaders better understand the role of vision in changing organizations, pursue ways to see and communicate more clearly, and give tools and tips to help leaders approach vision in effective ways.
